Shipping Rates:
  • Flat-Rate Shipping (Canada-wide) for Orders Under $125: $8.99
  • Orders over $125: FREE
  • Free In-Store Pick-up 
Please allow 1-3 business days for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to real-time locate your purchase and use it to determine for estimated delivery date.
For In Store Pick Ups, select the option for "In store Pick up" during checkout when shipping methods are presented to you. Once payment has been made and order processed, you are responsible to pick up your purchase from our store location.

Please note that since The Hijaab Store has a No-Exchange/Returns Policy except on damaged items, kindly ensure your return has been approved before sending any items back to obtain a refund.
Shopping costs on returns are customers' responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and the shipping method you choose, the time it may take for your return product to reach us, may vary. Consider using a track-able shipping service.


The Hijaab Store has a no returns policy due to the sensitivity of hygiene issues that comes with hair accessories.

Though we strive for exceptional quality, in case of product defects and other errors, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We require proof of damages, your copy of the receipt, and a return to be initiated within 5 days of delivery. Once confirmed, refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without confirmation of return first.

An item is nonrefundable if:
  • It isn't in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to consumer error
  • Any refund that is initiated 5 days post delivery date
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 2645 Liruma Rd. #1, Mississauga, Ontario CA L5K1Y9.
Cancellation of Order
If the tracker on your account states that your order has not yet been shipped, contact us directly via email in order to cancel your order and we will be able to process it. We do however charge a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled orders.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
